The Blighted Heart

Days before her return to Crestwood Academy, Ivy wakes with sand in her hair and a burn mark on her arm. An amber eye lingers in her mind, along with the whispered word Starborn. Dreams aren’t supposed to leave marks like that.

When Ivy finds a student encased in emerald glass, fear grips Crestwood. As the attacks spread, the Department of Magical Education tightens its grip on the academy. Books begin disappearing from the library. Curfews are enforced. Students are watched wherever they go.

If Ivy wants answers, she’ll have to find them before something ancient buried deep within Crestwood finds her first.
